EARNING THE RECOMMENDATION
Give people a reason to believe you.
Your website explains the offer. The wider public evidence helps someone decide whether to trust it for their particular situation.
Start with the claim that affects the decision.
Imagine choosing a provider for a time-sensitive project. A clear service page helps you understand what they do. A relevant case showing the starting problem, work delivered and result helps you judge whether they can handle yours.
Choose evidence for the question it answers: experience with your situation, delivery reliability, suitability for your constraints or the result you need. A detailed example can matter more than a page full of general praise.
Let other sources carry part of the proof.
A customer review can describe an experience. A relevant directory can help confirm identity or credentials. A publication, expert or institution may provide independent support for a specific claim. Check what each source actually establishes and how current it is.
Keep company-controlled testimonials labelled as such. Repeating a claim across your own pages gives it more locations; independent corroboration comes from sources with their own basis for saying it.
Make the pieces connect.
Use consistent company names, product descriptions and current contact details across your site and relevant profiles. Link the service to its case evidence. Give a reader enough detail to check a credential or follow a reference.
A useful first step is to take one consequential claim, find its strongest existing support and make that relationship clear. When support is missing, decide what evidence would answer the buyer’s question before commissioning another page.
Choose the evidence work worth doing.
Your Answerworthy Plan connects the buyer decision to the proof, public surface and prepared work it needs. That may mean improving a case study, connecting an existing review, preparing a publication pitch or clarifying a limitation.
You receive the research, priorities and prepared material. Your team, agency or agent implements it with your approval. Sources and reasoning remain in your portable answerworthy.md.
