A fully instrumented run can assemble up to 510 checks, observations, opportunities, screenshots, reactions and actions. Those layers remain separate.

Start with problems, desired outcomes, comparisons, constraints and trust requirements buyers express before they know the company name.

Freeze the current state

Capture dated desktop and mobile views, bounded search appearances, result URLs, external sources and explicit blocked or failed observations.

Build the evidence bundle

Keep observed, inferred, founder-supplied, provider-produced, manual and unavailable evidence states distinct.

Map the external source ecosystem

Classify relevant publishers, communities, profiles, reviews, directories, marketplaces, partners and competitor-only source gaps.

Create the permission-aware action graph

Alexander removes noise, resolves contradictions and releases the canonical bundle, agent handoff, conformance record and human report projection.

The operational difference

The PDF is a projection. The bundle and action graph survive the handoff.

Every evaluated finding references retained evidence. Every action references findings, targets, dependencies, a permission mode and a definition of done.

Unavailable providers remain unavailable rather than becoming zero visibility. Panel reactions cannot fabricate technical facts. External publication and outreach stay blocked until separately authorised.

The result can be read by a founder, handed to a specialist or consumed by a supervised coding agent without reverse-engineering a static report.
